That is not settlement noise — that's traders paying real spread to express "I'm so sure WTI doesn't break $85 by Sunday that I'll lock in 5 basis points." The honest read isn't this market ” it's the next one. Whoever is putting up $3.2M to print 5 bps is signaling deep confidence in the oil floor for the next 48 hours, which carries into Monday's open. That's a real disagreement: the broad book is fading, the smart money is loading. Either the whales are early on a diplomatic surprise out of Doha, or they're paying for a tail and they'll cycle out before resolution. The interesting structural read isn't who's first it's the gap. Spain at 17% vs Brazil at 10% means the market is pricing Spain as roughly 70% more likely to win than Brazil despite Brazil's deeper lifetime volume base. Either the form table is doing real work or the casual money is flowing to the European favorite. If you have a Brazil read at 10%, you're getting paid for it — the historical base rate for a top-3 nation at this point in the cycle is closer to 15%.

Honest fair value, given his 15-year hold streak and public posture, is closer to 3-5%. The 14% is generous. If you believe Saylor as religion, fade the YES into Sunday close. If you think the next forced-seller in this cycle is a treasury company, the 14% is your entry ” just know you're paying for a low-probability cigar butt.
